IABT Named 2017 Top-Rated NonProfit

The International Association of Black Triathletes NAMED “2017 TOP-RATED NONPROFIT” by GreatNonprofits

Award based on Outstanding Online Reviews

[Baltimore, Maryland) (July 7, 2017) – The International Association of Black Triathletes announced today it has been named a “2017 Top-Rated Nonprofit” by GreatNonprofits, the leading provider of user reviews of charities and nonprofits.

The International Association of Black Triathletes provides Tri/Du Clinics, Camps, and Events, Junior MultiSport Club; Learn 2 Swim Programs, etc in the DMV areas, resulting in an increase in self esteem, self confidence, and self awareness for participants, communities, and families.

We are proud of our accomplishments this year, including hosting IABT’s Inaugural Youth Triathlon/Duathlon Event, our Learn 2 Swim Program, two IABT Youth TRI/DU Clinics, fighting childhood 2 adult childhood obesity, IABT TRI/DU Youth Education & Leadership Employment Training Program, plus more.  

The Top-Rated Nonprofit Award is the based on the rating and number of reviews that International Association of Black Triathletes received from volunteers, donors and aid recipients. A General Member of the Public wrote, “My experience with this nonprofit has been fun Dr. Dorsey has been a great mentor to me and by the time I live here I will be and expert in the field of business,” and A Professional With Expertise In the Field mentioned, “Had the pleasure of working with This organization for an event tied to a worthy cause and I was thoroughly impressed. I remained impressed with the level of knowledge, expertise, care and desire to have a positive impact in the community. It is important for integrity, honest and transparency in organizations and the work done, IABT has is a great example. Additionally, I remain impressed with the level of programs, services and products offered and a clear connection to the issues in mainstream society. This organization is worthy of financial, Volunteer, etc support. Look forward to working with them again as time permits”.
